View system sent emails through the client area

We have added a feature! Now you have the option to view emails sent to your mailbox from our system, right through the client area.

  1. Login into your CloudCone account.
  2. On the top right, click on your profile icon.

  3. There you will see the System Email Log option, which you can select to view System Sent Emails!



One CloudCone account, multiple services

We have implemented SSO (Single Sign-On) onto our platform; now you can use your CloudCone account to login to 3rd party services that help improve user experience and engagement related to CloudCone.

This means you no longer need to maintain multiple user accounts to authenticate and interact with CloudCone services and software 😀

We will be implementing SSO (Single Sign-On) to most parts of our website in the upcoming days.

Introducing Hosted Email for Business


We’re happy to announce the launch of our Hosted Email platform 🚀 which allows you to seamlessly create IMAP/POP email accounts and never worry about managing email servers again

We’ve released a public beta launch about six months ago, which was successful, and we got to hear amazing stories on how clients loved it!

We’d thought about it a lot! Everyone else charges you per email account which does not make sense, and we decided to price our product at a flat monthly fee, and allow you the freedom to create email boxes for your brand or company. 😀

Introducing the Tasks tab

On all new Compute instances, you will see a new, beating tasks tab which lets you view progress and the state of all currently running tasks in your Compute instance.

All tasks carried in your server will be queued and ran accordingly, if any task failed, you would be alerted as well 😀

Keeping abuse reports aways from support

We have separated abuse reports from support tickets so that you can have a clear view on the status of your support tickets and abuse reports.

  • Support tickets navigation item will take you to the support tickets
  • Abuse reports navigation item will take you to the abuse reports

CDN Bugs

The ongoing bugs on the CDN product have been fixed

  • Cache hit rate should be shown
  • Requests served should be shown
  • Purge cache button should report success
